Work in Progress
This work-in-progress (WIP) is for an online workshop I'm taking with Paulette Insall. This is 3 lessons in; there are 2-3 more to go. Shading, etc. will become more detailed. At this point we've essentially just done color blocking. I'm finding I really like painting with acrylics, and I'm eager to learn more.

Online Art Store
I just put some more items up for sale in my online art store. I also put some other items on sale! Check it out. I do have it marked ship to USA only; however, if you are from another country I am willing to ship. I would just have to research the cost.
I am a green girl tho my fav color is blue!
You Are A Green Girl |
You feel most at home in a world of ideas. You're curious and logical - and enjoy a good intellectual challenge. You're super cool, calm, and collected. Very little tries your patience. Your only fear? People not realizing how smart and able you are! |
yes, more postcards!

Catching Up
I really didn't have time to do much art last week, but over the weekend I made a few arches for a short-term trade with a small group of artists; and I made a couple of postcards. The cupcake postcard is for the weekly challenge.

Plethora of Postcards
I didn't really get any art done during the week; however, the long weekend has provided a lot of time to create postcards. The robin is for this week's challenge. It's a new style I've been practicing, as you can see also in the Pansies postcard. I also made the Japanese Butterfly card; the woman really appeals to me, and I wanted to create something using that image.
