i know i haven't blogged. nor have i made art. i've been so busy that i'm behind on my blog, my art, my housework, my paperwork, my life.
this weekend i read (most of) a book about reversing diabetes. so i'm about to embark on the plan: no animal products. no vegetable fats (nuts, avacados, oils). i hope i can do it. i really need my health/life/energy back.
i've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off. i just can't keep up. speaking of chickens, here are a couple that just might be about to become famous.
ok, i gotta get dressed, throw on makeup, get my daughter up, take her to school, go grocery shopping, come home + put the goods away, straighten the house, go pick up some prints and look at some proofs, get gas into my rig, meet a friend for lunch, come home and try to get something done, go pick up my daughter. come home and crash. then watch oprah. (yesterday's show was so fun!) then make dinner. then if i'm not too tired, make art til DWTS comes on at 8. if i am too tired, i'll just watch something on HGTV and read. then i'll watch DWTS and chopped. and then bed.

i hope you are feeling ok. by the sounds of it...not really? i hope you can find some time to do something fun..and just for yourself.
Let me know how the diet goes...I tell myself that I'm going to do that about once a week! The schedule you described is like mine, but with a 40 hour work week in between....so no matter how hard I try, I always cave! Hope you get yourself better!
